MOVIE REVIEW: QUARANTINE

Quarantine - Now I didn't expect too much from this film, the preview made it look a little scary and it's another film in the hand-held genre, which I'm not sure if I'm a fan of or not. However this film was very good. Well acted, very scary, all the elements that make for a good zombie flick. Its no secret that I'm a sucker for the zombie genre but i believe this to be a must see for not only the zombie enthusiasts but fans of thriller/horror films as well. My only problem with this film is the end, but I wont spoil that for you here.

Yeah it was on today. Did I watch it? NO. Did you?

I really wish the NFL could find a way to make this game interesting, because as of right now nobody even checks to see when this is on. The fear of injury will always keep them for going 100% which makes for a real boring game. I think they should just have some skills challenge or something wear the could actually want to participate.

I don't know.

But as of now, who cares.

SUPER BOWL???

In my entire life of watching sports, I can not remember an event worse for me then this one! Who in hell do I root for? The team that beat us in the Superbowl via the worst officiating of all time or the god damn Arizona Cardinals? This must be a nightmare, no way would the sporting gods put me through this. After losing the Sonics, and the M's and Hawks having horrific seasons I'm supposed to go to some party and watch this game and care or be into it? Impossible. Best case scenario the sum of all fears happens.(Affleck was the bomb in Phantoms yo) But if forced to pick I guess I hate the Cardinals less and they at least have players I don't want to kill, So my pick to win ..........ugghhhhhh....................the Cardinals...ugh.

It is becoming very hard to be a sports fan. And it doesn't look like its going t0 get better anytime soon. When is it going to be my time god?

MOVIE REVIEW: TAKEN

Simply a two-word review: Shit Sandwich.

OK so it's not that bad, but I went into this movie thinking it could be pretty good and the stuff with Mr Neeson fucking shit up is. However the stuff with his daughter is cliche, trite and very forced. The daughter (Maggie Grace) is supposed to be 17 but for some reason they made her seem like she was 7. (watch for the awkward running) Also he just runs through the villains without any resistance. No threat to him at all, causing no suspense. Good action, good acting by Liam but thats about it.
